1. Introduction
Welcome to Sendblob. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our file-sharing platform and services ("Service", "Platform", "Website", "Mobile App"). By using Sendblob, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You retain ownership of all files you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Sendblob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.2. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload, store, or share through the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload, store, and share your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or any laws.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect your User Content. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. You acknowledge that you provide your User Content at your own risk.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sendblob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Sendblob's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
